1.大學(xué)本科，主修機(jī)械加工，機(jī)械制造或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2.熟悉鈑金件，機(jī)加工件的制造，加工及裝配工藝；
3.對(duì)各類質(zhì)量管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與規(guī)范有扎實(shí)的理論及實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
4.四年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，可獨(dú)立進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)工作；
5.熟練掌握各類相關(guān)電腦應(yīng)用程序；
6.愿意在車間工作；
7.對(duì)倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理有基本認(rèn)識(shí)；
8.良好的英語書面表達(dá)能力；
9.富有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，易于相處。
Responsibilities for Quality Assurance Chief:
1.Control product quality using assorted measurement instrument and gauges
2.Establish, maintain and analyze quality records
3.Make inspection plans for purchased parts, self produced parts and sub-contracted products including semi-finished parts and final products
4.Assist and recommend production department in meeting the product specifications
5.First Sample management including check and confirm, manage the storage and confirm first production runs.
6.Jointly prepare Quality Test sheets based on detailed drawings and samples
7.Management of nonconforming products
8.Customer communication on quality related issues
9.Setup and manage the system for calibration of measurement instrument and tools
10.Run continuous improvement programs including corrective actions and preventative actions
11.Assist management in setting quality objectives
12.Responsible for maintaining and improve the quality assurancesystem ISO 9001:2008
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree, major in machinery, fabrication or related field;
2.Familiar with Sheet Metal Fabrication, Machined Parts Fabrication and Assembly work.
3.Solid understanding of different Quality Standards and Specifications
4.More than 4 years experience in quality assurance engineer. Able to work independently;
5.Good ability with PC and relevant software
6.Willing to work in workshop;
7.Basic understanding of Warehouse management;
8.Good command at written English is a must ;
9.Good team spirit and easy-going.

2.建立并保管質(zhì)量控制檔案，完成公司要求的各類質(zhì)量分析報(bào)告；
3.制定各類質(zhì)檢計(jì)劃，包括采購(gòu)材料，自產(chǎn)或發(fā)外加工的半成品與產(chǎn)成品；
4.協(xié)助生產(chǎn)部門確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量符合公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并在必要時(shí)提出相關(guān)建議；
5.負(fù)責(zé)首件檢驗(yàn)全套程序，包括首件樣品的檢測(cè)，確認(rèn)，保管并確認(rèn)批量生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量與之相符；
6.根據(jù)圖紙與樣品，協(xié)助制定相關(guān)質(zhì)檢程序與方法；
7.負(fù)責(zé)非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量管理；
8.就質(zhì)量問題與客戶協(xié)調(diào)；
9.建立并管理測(cè)量?jī)x器工具的校準(zhǔn)程序與系統(tǒng)；
10.續(xù)完善各類質(zhì)量管理的糾正及預(yù)防措施；
11.協(xié)助管理層建立質(zhì)量管理目標(biāo);
12.負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)和改進(jìn)公司質(zhì)量管理體系ISO 9001:2008.
