·  Major:  B.Sc.  Electronic本科以上學(xué)歷，  電子信息工程

·  4~10years  working  experience  4年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

·  Manufacture  background  制造背景優(yōu)先

·  Good  electronic  testing  and  inspection  skills,  know  how  to  testing  on  line.  熟悉電子測試、測量過程

·  Know  well  electronic  testing  standard熟悉電子測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

·  Know  well  what  defects  is  usually  happen  in  production  and  know_how熟悉相關(guān)電子產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)過程中可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)哪些不良反應(yīng)，并知道如何改善。

·  Basic  knowledge  of  ISO9000  quality  management  system  and  SPC.  熟悉ISO9000質(zhì)量管理體系和SPC(統(tǒng)計(jì)過程控制)。

·  Prefer  have  relate  working  experience  as  SQA,QE.  有SQA,QE相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

·  Good  communication  skill  both  Chinese  and  English  oral  and  writing.  中英文聽說寫熟練，與外籍工程師溝通無障礙。

·  Personality:  smart,  active  and  self  motion.  為人聰明，有悟性，活潑，積極主動(dòng)，擅長與  人溝通交流，能夠獨(dú)擋一面，有責(zé)任心。

·  Quality  inspection  and  control,  review  inspection  report  on  supplier  site  located  around  China,  even  Asia  (can  be  travel  around  China  and  Asia)  在客戶生產(chǎn)中，對產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)、控制；填寫檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告等。（能夠適應(yīng)經(jīng)常性的在國內(nèi)以及國外等出差）

·  Communication  all  quality,  schedule  issues  with  supplier  and  customer能夠很好地與客戶以及供應(yīng)商溝通安排處理生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的一些列問題。

·  Review  the  technical  requirement  and  drawing  with  supplier  to  clarify  the  quality  requirements有一定的技術(shù)背景，能夠看懂圖紙，幫助客戶解決生產(chǎn)中圖紙出現(xiàn)的問題，幫助客戶答疑解惑。

·  Verify  the  process  capacity  is  match  with  the  quality  requirement  and  deliver  schedule.  出貨檢驗(yàn)，核實(shí)產(chǎn)品是否符合質(zhì)量以及送貨要求。

·  Deliver  schedule  control送貨流程控制

·  Follow  up  audit  after  quality  claims  其它質(zhì)量流程的控制審核
