1.Overall responsible for VPI process in the factory.

2. Responsible for VPI process realization and optimization; failure analysis and continuous improvement of VPI process;
負(fù)責(zé)VPI流程和過程優(yōu)化，失效分析和持續(xù)改進(jìn)。
3. Understanding the VPI process, trouble shooting, quality monitoring and technical support to other departments;
熟悉真空壓力浸漬(VPI)的工藝原理,解決加工環(huán)節(jié)的技術(shù)問題，質(zhì)量監(jiān)督，給相關(guān)部門提供技術(shù)支持。
4. Provide technical advisory and training regarding VPI processes to operators;
培訓(xùn)、指導(dǎo)VPI操作工人。
5. Measure and control the resin viscosity. Use measurements tools such like the viscometer to regular measure the resin viscosity. Report the datum to Finnish Lab.
測量和控制樹脂粘度。使用粘度計(jì)及相關(guān)測量設(shè)備定期測量樹脂粘度, 并同時(shí)向國外實(shí)驗(yàn)室匯報(bào)數(shù)據(jù); 按照工藝指導(dǎo)書的要求對樹脂粘度進(jìn)行控制。(關(guān)鍵)
6.Master all operation of equipments in VPI
掌握生產(chǎn)區(qū)域內(nèi)所有設(shè)備的操作方法,
7.Verify VPI system and equipments. Determine the process parameter
驗(yàn)收VPI系統(tǒng)設(shè)備,確定設(shè)備工藝參數(shù)
8.Cooperate with process departments for new project and equipment introduction
完成新項(xiàng)目和新設(shè)備的引進(jìn)。
9.Development and design of VPI tools and cooperate with supplier to ensure the tools meet production requirements
設(shè)計(jì)并改進(jìn)VPI環(huán)節(jié)的工裝設(shè)備,與供應(yīng)商合作,使工裝符合生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量要求。(關(guān)鍵)
10.Understanding key equipments and system such like IPC,PLC, vacuum pump, refrigerator to work with maintenance department to ensure the machine run well
了解生產(chǎn)區(qū)域內(nèi)關(guān)鍵設(shè)備(工控機(jī),PLC,真空泵,制冷機(jī))的工作原理,協(xié)助維護(hù)部門保證設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行。

崗位職責(zé)：
1.Asociate in Mechanical Engineering majors. Bachelor degree
機(jī)械工程專業(yè)，本科學(xué)歷。持有壓力容器操作證者優(yōu)先
2.Minimum 2 years working experience as Production Engineer in manufacturing companies in preferably international environment; have experience of VPI
2年以上在制造企業(yè)任生產(chǎn)/技術(shù)工程師，有真空壓力浸漬加工經(jīng)驗(yàn)并了解相關(guān)的加工流程優(yōu)先。
3.CET-4 certificate, Basic written and spoken English preferred，can understating English work instruction
CET-4 證書有一定的英語交流能力為佳。能理解英文作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書
4.Good communication skills.
具有良好的溝通能力。
5.Proactive, honest and high integrity, Good Team working
