具體要求：
· Major: B.Sc. Mechanical 本科以上機械相關專業(yè)
· 4~10years working experience 4年以上工作經(jīng)驗
· Manufacture background(have experience in one of this fields at least): Plastic Injection Molding /Aluminum Die Casting / Sheet Metal Works / Forging / Cable and Wire Assembly / Surface Treatment understanding especially hot dip galvanizing quality. 相關制造專業(yè)背景，至少熟悉以下一項專業(yè)技術（塑膠模具注塑/鋁合金壓鑄/鈑金件/鍛造/線束組裝/表面處理）
· Basic dimension and tolerance measurement skills according to drawing.熟練使用二次元和公差測量，能夠使用一些基本的測量工具。
· Basic knowledge of ISO9000 quality management system and SPC.熟悉ISO9000質量管理體系和SPC(統(tǒng)計過程控制)。
· Prefer have relate working experience as SQA, QE. 有SQA,QE相關工作經(jīng)驗
· Good communication skill both Chinese and English oral and writing. 中英文聽說寫熟練，與外籍工程師溝通無障礙。
· Personality: smart, active and self motion. 為人聰明，有悟性，活潑，積極主動，擅長與 人溝通交流，能夠獨擋一面，有責任心。
崗位職責：
Responsible for:職責
· Quality inspection and control, review inspection report on supplier site located around China, even Asia (can be travel around China and Asia)在客戶生產(chǎn)中，對產(chǎn)品的質量檢驗、控制；填寫檢驗報告等。（能夠適應經(jīng)常性的在國內以及國外等出差）
· Communication all quality, schedule issues with supplier and customer。能夠很好地與客戶以及供應商溝通安排處理生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的一些列問題。
· Review the technical requirement and drawing with supplier to clarify the quality requirements。有一定的技術背景，能夠看懂圖紙，幫助客戶解決生產(chǎn)中圖紙出現(xiàn)的問題，幫助客戶答疑解惑。
· Verify the process capacity is match with the quality requirement and deliver schedule. 出貨檢驗，核實產(chǎn)品是否符合質量以及送貨要求。
· Solve quality and schedule problem at the supplier. Simple problems independently and major issues with Etteplan and customer. 在供應商處能夠獨立處理、解決一些在客戶間出現(xiàn)的問題，有一定的擔當。
· Deliver schedule control 送貨流程控制。
· Follow up audit after quality claims 其它質量流程的控制審核。
