1．本科或以上學(xué)歷，相關(guān)液壓或機(jī)械工程專業(yè)；
2．3年或以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
3．較強(qiáng)的溝通、表達(dá)、協(xié)調(diào)能力；
4．積極進(jìn)取，且具良好的分析能力；
5．適應(yīng)不同環(huán)境的團(tuán)隊；
6．良好的英語讀寫能力；
7．能夠經(jīng)常出差。

Responsibilities:
1.  Develop  and  Ｅxecutes  sales  plan  to  meet  performance  expectations  and  requirements;
2.  Prepare  sales  presentations  to  create  product  understanding  and  awareness;
3.  Build  relationships  with  key  customers  to  enhance  long-term  business  prospects;
4.  Prepare  sales  proposals  based  on  customer  needs  and  expectations;
5.  Administrate  all  phases  of  sales  process  to  insure  effective  and  timely  customer  service  and  response;
6.  Mission  assigned  by  Superior.

Requirements:
1.  Bachelor  degree  or  above,  majored  in  Hydraulic  or  Mechanical  Engineering;
2.  Minimum  3  years  related  working  experience;
3.  Strong  capability  to  capture  customers’  need  and  manage  customer  relationship;
4.  Mature,  aggressive,  hardworking  and  with  good  analytical  skills;
5.  Able  to  work  both  in  a  team  and  an  independent  environment;
6.  Average  in  English  reading  and  writing;
7.  Willing  to  travel  frequently.

2．熟悉并能夠為客戶充分地介紹西德福產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)及應(yīng)用；
3．與客戶具有良好的溝通能力，并且具有開發(fā)新客戶的激情和能力；
4．基于客戶的需求及時給予銷售建議；
5．銷售實(shí)施進(jìn)程中各階段管理，確保及時響應(yīng)客戶需求；
6．上級交付的其他工作。
